How come this service is free? The SSAA shares the cost among its member ski areas. Many listeners and viewers are likely to ski closer to home before going out West. Some folks may be surprised they can reach seventeen SSAA ski areas in a five state area! West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland and Tennessee have great get-away ski areas within driving distance of your broadcast markets.
